The mould core and cavity of our auto bumper mould are made of P20 pre-hardened steel with stable hardness and outstanding wear resistance, suitable for long-term mass production of auto bumpers.

Each auto bumper mould is equipped with a full automatic ejection mechanism. Plastic bumpers can be automatically demoulded after forming, which greatly cuts labor costs on your production line.

This series of moulds is highly popular among overseas buyers. We adopt high-precision processing equipment to ensure all dimensional tolerances meet industrial standards. Our workshop is equipped with CNC milling machines, wire EDM and high-speed polishing machines for cavity machining.

All internal mould cores and cavities are processed with high-precision mirror polishing. Bumpers produced by mirror-polished moulds have bright and flawless surfaces without secondary painting or polishing procedures.

Apart from mirror finish, we can customize cavity surface treatments as per your requirements, including fine matte etching, semi-gloss texture and other options.

Moulds without nitriding treatment can reach a service life of 300,000 shots, while nitrided moulds can exceed 500,000 shots to meet mass production demands of auto parts manufacturers.

Our R&D team provides full one-stop customized service for every auto bumper mould. You may provide technical drawings or physical bumper samples. Our engineers will comprehensively optimize internal mould structures, including forming positions, flow guide slopes and product wall thickness.

Multi-cavity layout is available to greatly increase daily output. Every finished mould will be tested on a standard 500T injection moulding machine before delivery to guarantee stable operation.

After receiving your deposit and confirming technical drawings, the standard production lead time is 50 working days.

All plastic auto bumper moulds pass strict three-step inspections: dimensional testing, assembly test and injection mould trial run.

All moulds enjoy a 1-year free maintenance warranty. After the warranty period expires, mould spare parts such as ejector pins are supplied only at cost price.
