Process quality control:

We strictly control the size, each part after processing according to the mold design inspection, and control the tolerance. Each part can only be processed after reaching the standard. Before NC milling, all programs must be strictly proofread. After completion, we will test the accuracy of each part with CMM. We have a lot of testing: professional processing technology and machine maintenance training; processing workpiece self inspection and quality department acceptance; reasonable overtime system and tooling control system.

Product Design

Customers directly send us product drawings or we draw product drawings. According to the samples, we send the product drawings to the customers for confirmation. After the product drawings are confirmed, we start to design the mold, and then

Product design test:

Any Hongmei plastic mold or product design provided by customers, such as plastic molding process, plastic mold structure operation, the possibility of matching related parts, we will conduct a comprehensive analysis and inspection. These can effectively avoid the mold repair work and cost due to product design defects. We believe: in product design spend 10 minutes more, in mold production can save a month.
