Below just some main basic info. about our company 1）Introduction-Our mold factory establish at 2014,area about 4000 m2(Squre meters)-Employees totally 150   Designing department:30 people(designers+engineers)  Sales department:10 people  Project Department:6 people  Workshop workers about 80)-Our mian scope of mould is Household products mould, Home appliance mould and Automotive & motercycle parts mould.-Our moulds have exported to Korea,Russia,Turkey,USA,UAE,Iraq,Thailand,Vietnam,India,Singapore,Serbia,Middle east, Asia and some Africa countries.

We also have injection factory,area total about 5000m2(Squre meters);Our own main products is household products and kitchen products.we also support mass production for mould customer who don't have injection machine,we make the whole line production for them from mould design and production to final product mass production and packings.

Below is our main flow for mould order:2)Hongmei Mould order flowWe will firstly make DFM analyse for the product,also mould flow for the parts if necessary. then make mould 3D design for customer confirmation,then we start production.

Here below is the main flow:1.PO->2.DFM+Mold Flow (discuss the issues and place for improvement)->3.mould 3D design(customer check+advise and modification if needed)->4.Mould production->5.Mold testing(Testing videos+testing sample send you)->6.Modification or improvement if needed->7.Confirmation and Prepare for Delivery.
