1. Additional wearing spare parts will be offered and packed together with mould before delivery
2. One year warranty,any problems of non-human factor, we will guide you repair by the phone or video, otherwise shipping back the mold, we will have amendment .
3. Our mold choose standard mould plate which mold spare parts could moving, if some parts is useless, we can only change this part and no need repair or change the whole mold, so within the warranty, we will send the damage parts to you for free.
4. If mold have problem within warranty period, customers could accord drawing to remake new accessories, and if it’s difficult for you to make, our company will remake a new part for you with the cost charge.
