When designing the guide pillar, we strictly ensure that the moving mold core enters the fixed mold core only after the guide pillar enters the guide sleeve first, which effectively avoids the collision and damage of the molds in the process of opening and closing the molds. The whole demolding mechanism is equipped with spring ejector reset system, which ensures smooth and reliable ejector action, and greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality.
