We afraid of the sink mark on the plastic products,especially the location in screw and rib. The best method to solve is reduce the thickness of the screw 0.8-1mm.
PP products demould slope must be more than 1°.Ejector rod had be better design near around the product.

How insert molding works?
1. A custom-built mold is loaded with inserts. Inserts may be loaded robotically or manually.
2. Molten plastic is injected into the mold.
3. Upon cooling, the mold opens and the components are removed.
4. Components are separated from the sprues and inspected.
Notes: insert molding can be processed via both horizontal and vertical clamp molding machines, most of Plastic shredder shell mould have insert accessories.
